January 21, 2000 with the naming and dedication of the Lock-ett
Up Foundation Academic Learning Center on the fourth floor of
the Kansas State University Hale Library.

2000, the Lock-ett Up Foundation became a financial member
of the Metropolitan Tulsa Urban League. The Urban League was
also the 1999 and 2000 recipient of the Lock-ett Up Foundation
